In this new role, Surface will work to expand the global reach of the Touchpoint Dashboard customer journey mapping software. He will lead all business development activities, work to develop strategic partnerships for the company and support the needs of existing clients.
Surface comes to Touchpoint Dashboard with more than 12 years of experience in selling and implementing voice-of-the-customer (VoC) and marketing automation software, as well as customer experience strategy consulting. He has a proven ability to tackle complex challenges and execute the appropriate strategies to drive business development and customer experience excellence.
