As you collect and enter new data, the map automatically updates to reflect any changes. The tool can be configured to work with your existing data sources.
Unlike other mapping tools, Touchpoint Dashboard allows multiple parties to participate in the mapping process. This is particularly beneficial for consultant-led map initiatives and those where multiple internal participants are involved. All parties can simultaneously contribute to the map design, view it as it’s being built and/or access the results.
